Thanks to the ultra-thin aluminum frame and PBT keycaps along with the latest Gateron Low-profile Mechanical Switches, the thinnest part of Air60 is only 17mm. In addition, the 2500mAh built-in battery has 39% more power than NuType F1, which provides up to 48 hours (lab data) of battery life, enabling a whole week of use.

With the evolutionary aluminum alloy stamping process, we were able to completely hide the mechanical switches under the aluminum frame and keycaps while maintaining a simple structure. This elegant design makes Air60 a unique presence in the slim mechanical keyboard market.

NuType F1 revolutionized the typing experience for the MacBook, and now the Air60 takes it a step further. The newly designed AirFeet™ is compatible not only with the full line of MacBooks but also with 99% of Laptops.

The horizontal slats at its base can lodge in the space between the keycaps of the laptop, offering both stability and accidental touch protection. We use FN + Numeric keys to replace the function keys on the Touch Bar. The hotkeys we provide are highly user-friendly, But you can still keep the option of using the Touch Bar and Touch ID. Air60 also comes with one 1.5m and one 0.2m cable. Using the short cable, you can recharge Air60 while working on your laptop.

Made of highly durable PBT material, COAST keycaps use advanced dye-sublimation coloring technology, which completely overcomes the shortcoming of ABS keycaps which are known to wear down quickly and develop an unwanted shine over time.

Air60 was designed to be perfectly compatible with macOS and Windows from the beginning. We provided Mac multimedia-keys layout for Mac users and F1-F12 keys to Windows users.

Hot-swappable function allowing you to easily swap switches.

Each Air60 keyboard is hot-swappable, allowing you to easily replace or upgrade your switches without soldering and to enjoy a different typing experience free of restriction.

We also offer three bonus mechanical switches in the package. This enables different typing experiences as well as easy replacement of a damaged switch.

Gateron Low-Profile Red is linear-style switch. Its travel path doesn’t have the bump used to provide tactile feedback. The smoother movement makes red switches quieter than tactile and click switches. We recommend it to gamers and office workers.

Gateron Low-Profile Blue is click-style switch. It has a distinct “click” sound when depressed beyond the tactile point, making it the loudest switch. We know that many typists like it.

Gateron Low-Profile Brown is tactile-style switch. A good blend of typing and gaming. Brown is widely considered to be the best “middle-ground” switch. Its tactile bump, silent travel, and medium actuation force makes it a versatile switch.

Flowing Backlight and Sidelight.

Inspired by the early MacBook battery indicator which was hidden inside the case when inactive, we added two RGB light bars on each side of the Air60 aluminum frame. The left sidelight shows the caps lock and connection mode, while the right sidelight bar indicates the battery level and system mode. When you activate the gradient light effect, the sidelights will illuminate your keyboard with an arresting glow.

The backlight of Air60 has more than 20 different color effects, which can be easily changed using key combination. Through Windows software, you can even limitlessly customize lighting effects.

Believe the hype

When I was looking to buy my first mechanical wireless keyboard, the options quickly exceeded my budget, and I was pretty hesitant to buy from Nuphy because they seemed new and too good to be true. But I've had my Air60 for about a month now and I love it, it's everything it say it is, and it works perfectly! Typing feels great, the design is beautiful, build quality; amazing, AND even the packaging it came in was cool. So yes, I can highly recommend this keyboard.

Beautiful design with great function!

I've been using this keyboard for about a month now as part of a new traveling work setup, and I could not be happier with it as my new travel keyboard solution. The brown switches have a satisfying sound and feel, the keycaps are of high quality, and the entire board fits neatly inside the optional carrying case. I'm working on a Windows-based setup and it's been a seamless process thanks to the included Windows keycaps.

Very nice keyboard!

It's a super cool keyboard! It looks good, is portable, and the texture feels good. I usually use HHKB, and I bought this for my classes. Once I use this keyboard during lectures, it's a bit loud, but it's ok overall. The texture feels very different from HHKB, but it's a good texture when I press the keys. Overall, I'm very satisfied. But, I have to charge it every week. When the battery level is 20%, it doesn't work, meaning I only have 80% battery to use for every charge. That's the only downside.

what could be improved:

the configuration software (nuphy console),

Air60 - An impressive little board

It arrived undamaged and on time. The packaging was really well done.

Inside the box I found three extra switches (I ordered the Gateron Red) which is great since I can try them before, in case I ever want change my current ones.

I use this keyboard mostly for programming and it is a blast. I really enjoy typing on it. I am no expert on mechanical keyboards to go in depth but it feels great in my hands.

Overall I am really pleased! I have my eye on Nuphy Studio for when it's time for me to replace my gaming keyboard.

Excellent product

The Air60 is an excellent mechanical keyboard! It has a very nice slick design. I'm using Gateron browns and the typing experience is very nice. Both the sound and the tactile feedback are satisfying (obviously that's somewhat subjective). It also has a very long battery life (although the LED indicator for it isn't super informative/reliable).

It's a versatile keyboard: not too big, not too light, but not too heavy either, which makes it great for travel. The Bluetooth works well and smoothly too (I've only had a few issues with my work MacBook, but I'm not sure where the issues lie and there's always the USB cable and dongle if needed).

I've bought two "high-profile" mechanical keyboards before, but my arms would hurt after only a few hours of use. Thankfully I can use the the Air60 all day every day of the week without any issues.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase, it's a pleasure to use and to look at!
