We should apologize again for the shortage of Air75 (brown switch), especially for that if your order Air75 (brown switch) and Xmas Limited keycaps.
As there is something wrong with the inventory synchronization, we realized that we fell into embarrassment again.
We would like to try our best to let you guys receive the Xmas keycaps as soon as possible, so we decided to send you Air75 (blue switch) and a box of brown switches instead of Air75 (brown switch). Hope you can treat it as a surprise. Merry Christmas in advance!
TES68: Shipment Delay Notification
We can't bear to tell you this disappointing news, but you have the right to know the shipment delay. We acknowledge this mistake and feel truly and deeply sorry for that. As compensation, we will give away 5 pieces of CIY EVO-RED switches for each order placed before Dec. 3rd.
One good news is that if the kit in your order is not in other colors, but grey, then your order is most likely to be shipped out tomorrow (Dec. 8th). The rest of the orders will be shipped on Dec. 10th.
