Pre-launch - Deposit Stage:

2. To express our gratitude to loyal Air series users, we're offering an exclusive discount.

  • Existing users of the NuPhy Air series keyboards: Users who have purchased any of the following keyboards, including NuPhy Air60, NuPhy Air75, NuPhy Air96, NuPhy Air60 V2, NuPhy Air75 V2, NuPhy Air96 V2, NuPhy Air60 HE, and NuPhy Air75 HE.
  • Existing users of other NuPhy series keyboards: Users who have purchased keyboards from other series excluding the Air series.
  • New to NuPhy keyboards: Users who have never purchased NuPhy keyboards, including new NuPhy users and users who have only purchased NuPhy accessories.

4.You can not cancel the order during the deposit stage, and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. To reserve, you need to pay the deposit first. You can pay the remaining balance when you make the final payment.

6. After the deposit is paid by May 20, 2025, ensure the remaining payment is made before the deadline (June 20 , 2025).Otherwise, your order (including the $10-$20 discount coupon and the benefits) will be canceled automatically.

7. Any offers (including coupons, tokens, or other discounts) cannot be applied during this deposit stage.

8.The Free Keyboard Bag is made of transparent PVC and is only available to the first 500 users who pay the final balance, regardless of whether they are new or existing users.

Final Payment Stage:

  1. The price of the Air75 V3 will be displayed in this stage.

  2. Please pay the remaining balance within the specified time limit. If you fail to pay the remaining amount before the due date, your reserved order (including the $10-$20 discount and the benefits) will be canceled, and the deposit will be refunded to the payment account.

  3. You can cancel the order before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel, your payment (including deposit and final payment) will be returned to you.
     
  4. When making the final payment, your current shipping or billing address cannot be changed.

  5. Shipping methods cannot be changed when making the final payment.

  6. The $10-$20 off coupon on the Air75 V3 can be applied to the final payment.

Refund Instructions:
