Pre-launch - Deposit Stage:

  • Pre-pay $1 to receive a coupon worth $10 to $20 *Free shipping is a limited-time benefit available until the presale ends (Oct  9, 2025). *If you have previously purchased a NuPhy keyboard, please use the same email address to pay a $1 deposit to qualify for a coupon worth $10 to $20. The coupon will be sent directly to the email associated with your original order.

Existing users of the NuPhy series keyboards: Users who have purchased any of the NuPhy keyboards.
New to NuPhy keyboards: Users who have never purchased NuPhy keyboards, including new NuPhy users and users who have only purchased NuPhy accessories. *The coupons will be sent out together before the presale launch.

  2. You can not cancel the order during the deposit stage, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  3. To reserve, you need to pay the deposit first. You can pay the remaining balance when you make the final payment.
  4. After the deposit is paid by Oct 9, 2025, ensure the remaining payment is made before the deadline (Nov 8, 2025).Otherwise, your benefits (including the $10-$20 discount coupon and the benefits) will expire automatically.
  5. Any offers (including coupons, tokens, or other discounts) cannot be applied during this deposit stage.
  6. The Complimentary Custom-fit Dust Cover and is available only to the first 2000 users who pay the final balance for the Halo V2-IO Series keyboard, regardless of whether they are new or existing users.

Final Payment Stage:

  1. The price of the Halo V2-IO Series will be displayed in this stage.
  2. Please pay the remaining balance within the specified time limit. If you fail to pay the remaining amount before the due date, your reserved order (including the $10-$20 discount and the benefits) will be canceled, and the deposit will be refunded to the payment account.
  3. You can cancel the order before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel, your payment (including deposit and final payment) will be returned to you.
  4. When making the final payment, your current shipping or billing address cannot be changed.
  5. Shipping methods cannot be changed when making the final payment.
  6. The $10-$20 off coupon on the Halo V2-IO Series can be applied to the final payment.
  7. Orders will be shipped sequentially, based on the payment of the remaining balance.

Refund Instructions:
