Milestone Launch Campaign – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Node 75 Milestone Launch Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 This Campaign rewards early purchasers of Node 75 when certain cumulative sales milestones are reached.
1.2 All milestones are based on the total number of Node 75 units sold worldwide through the official nuphy.com store during the Campaign Period.
1.3 Benefits are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order of completed and paid purchases.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign runs from November 10, 2025 to December 10, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2.2 Only orders placed and fully paid during the Campaign Period are eligible for the Campaign benefits.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to customers worldwide who purchase Node 75 from the official website nuphy.com during the Campaign Period.
3.2 Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, or found to be fraudulent or abusive will not be eligible for any Campaign benefits.

4. Milestone Rewards
4.1 Milestone 1 – 1,200 Units Sold
Once total global sales reach 1,200 units, the first 1,200 orders will receive:

An additional 1-year warranty on the product (in addition to the standard warranty); and

Free shipping on their order (where applicable, subject to NuPhy’s standard shipping policy).
4.2 Milestone 2 – 3,000 Units Sold

A mystery accessories blind box with a value of up to USD $16.
The exact contents of the blind box may vary and are subject to availability. No cash alternative, substitution, or exchange is available.
4.3 Milestone 3 – 5,000 Units Sold
4.3.1 Once total global sales reach 5,000 units, the first 5,000 orders will be automatically entered into a random draw.
4.3.2 From these eligible orders, 15 orders will be randomly selected to receive a free order prize, which is fulfilled as a full refund of the original order amount (“Free Order Prize”).
4.3.3 The winners list will be announced on the Node 75 purchase page on nuphy.com on December 15, 2025, and winners will also be notified by email.
4.3.4 The full refund for the Free Order Prize will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after the winners are announced.

5. Delivery of Gifts and Prizes
5.1 Physical gifts (including but not limited to the accessories blind box) will, where possible, be shipped together with the Node 75 keyboard.
5.2 If shipped separately due to logistics reasons, no additional shipping fee will be charged for the gifted item.

6. Returns, Refunds & Gift Handling
6.1 If you request a return and refund for your Node 75 order, you must also return any associated gifts (including but not limited to the accessories blind box) in their original condition and packaging.

6.3 For winners of the Free Order Prize, if a full refund has already been issued under this Campaign, no additional compensation or alternative will be offered. If you still wish to return the product after receiving the Free Order Prize, NuPhy’s standard return policy will apply (where applicable and to the extent permitted by law).
7. Additional Warranty
7.1 The extra 1-year warranty for the first 1,200 eligible orders will be applied automatically based on your order information.
7.2 The scope and terms of the additional warranty are the same as NuPhy’s standard warranty, with only the coverage period extended by one (1) additional year.

8. General
8.1 All milestone counts and eligibility determinations are based solely on NuPhy’s internal order records, which shall be final and binding.
8.2 NuPhy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or to update these Terms at any time, where necessary, by posting an updated version on nuphy.com. 8.3 In case of any inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
