1. Will there be additional charges when purchasing NuPhy products?
This depends on your chosen payment method. If paying with international credit/debit cards, the final price may fluctuate due to exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge foreign transaction fees. For details, please contact your financial institution.
2. What should I do if my order payment is declined?
If payment fails, please place a new order as we cannot recover declined transactions. To avoid future declines:
- Verify order details (e.g., phone number, email address).
- Confirm credit card details (expiry date, CVV, billing address).
- Try using a different card or payment method.
3. My bank deducted funds, but I didn’t receive order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check the following:
- Whether your bank/issuer completed the transaction.
- If your email address was entered correctly.
- If NuPhy emails are being filtered into your spam/junk folder.
If no confirmation is found:
- Contact Customer Support with your email address used during checkout.
- If NuPhy confirms no order receipt, the transaction amount will typically be refunded within 5-7 business days.
4. How long does refund processing take?
If you’ve received a refund notification email, processing typically takes 5 business days, depending on your bank/issuer’s policies.
5. How do I apply a gift card code to my order?
Add your gift card code during checkout.
