• 2. Participating products and specific discounts are as shown on the campaign page and apply only to selected NuPhy products. Participating products and discount levels may vary by product, series, region, and stock availability.
• 3. "Save up to $60" includes both product discount value and free-shipping value. Actual savings may vary depending on the products purchased, order total, shipping region, and stock availability.
• 4. Qualifying orders over $79 are eligible for free shipping. The free-shipping threshold, shipping methods, and available regions may vary by destination.
• 5. The Anniversary Mystery Box promotion has ended and is no longer available during the Final 3 Days Gift Upgrade period.
• 6. Starting from June 27, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET, qualifying purchases of selected low-profile and high-profile keyboards will receive limited-time bonus gifts, while supplies last.
• 7. Eligible low-profile keyboard purchases receive summer-themed keycaps. Eligible high-profile keyboard purchases receive a wrist rest.

• 10. Eligibility for the limited-time bonus gift is determined by the successful payment time of the order, not by the time the product is added to the cart. Whether an order receives the gift is determined by whether the corresponding gift appears in the order.
• 11. Limited-time bonus gifts are randomly assigned. Color, style, layout, or specific gift variation cannot be selected or guaranteed.
• 12. Bonus gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded separately, returned separately, transferred to another order, or substituted for other products. Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
• 13. Unless otherwise stated, discounts and gifts in this promotion have no cash value, cannot be refunded separately, and cannot be transferred to another order.
• 14. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, or if order changes cause it to no longer meet the promotion requirements, NuPhy reserves the right to revoke the related promotional benefits, including discounts, gifts, and free-shipping benefits.
• 15. In the event of a return or partial refund, customers may be required to return the corresponding gift. If the gift has been used, lost, damaged, or cannot be returned, NuPhy reserves the right to deduct its corresponding value from the refund.
• 16. Unless otherwise stated, the discounts and gifts in this promotion cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, or promotions.
