To shatter the stereotypes of what is possible with high profile keyboards, NuPhy has taken a radical approach to Halo96’s design language. A band of light, the ‘Halo’, forms the central piece that unites the solid unibody aluminum frame, first seen on a fully assembled keyboard, with the laser-polished ABS base. Enhancing both the grip and the sense of height, the base's wavy, Ionic column inspired side brings vibrancy to the minimalist, achromatic aluminum frame, available in wear-resistant anodized matte black and elctrophoresis-coated ionic white.

Elevating the game of native dual-OS support, we have been updating and fine-tuning the multimedia keys layout and function for MacOS/Windows on our keyboards to reflect the newest developments from OS vendors, including the implementation of shortcuts for Apple's dedicated ’Spotlight’ and ‘Dictation’ keys in Halo96’s Mac mode. We will continue to find more ways, and shortcuts, to bring extra values to our users on the software side.

Supervising every detail in not just design but manufacturing, Night Breeze(linear) and Rose Glacier(tactile) represent the results of our innovative process to create switches imbued with pleasant touch, sound, and NuPhy-ness. Both come with stems made from polyketone, a next generation high performance polymer with tremendously improved elastic limit, higher durability and oil resistance than commonly used POM material. Together with the extra-length stem design, the POK material is instrumental to enable a crisp and satisfying sound feedback for the new key switches. The 21mm spring plays as important a role in achieving the balance between good tactile feedback and comfort as the stem does for the sound feedback, while the pre-lubing process ensures the NuPhy experience is instantly available the moment you receive your switches.

Baby Kangaroo switches, or BBK, is the fruit of thousands of experiments to create the optimal tactile and acoustic experience for all purpose normal profile keyboard users, and the partnership between NuPhy and Gateron. With BBK, you get immediate, strong tactile response for each press: the tactility reaches its peak at just 0.5mm of travel, laying a firm ground early on for a well stabilized downstroke, followed by an extra-length two-stage spring enabled swift bottom out and a snappy return during the upstroke. BBK's no-nonsense yet thorough approach translates to a typing experience that is robust, focused, and energetic, and a clean, crisp, lingering sound, thanks to its noise-reduction design and housing construction, as well as Gateron’s pre-lubing process and our built-in damper system.

The secret sauce that packs the punch for BBK is finally coming to linear switches. Enter Baby Raccoon,built with a extra-length single stage stem pole, and the same PA66 housings as BBK, Baby Raccoon complements the smooth, consistent feel of a linear switch with a snappy return. This combination makes BBR a perfect choice for those who want all around, balanced switches, but snappier, cleaner upstrokes, and better sound performance.
