A new chapter for low-profile keyboards
There is nothing like Nos75, our first all-aluminum keyboard is all about redrawing borders and removing boundaries. The third generation low-profile switches, omni-mount and a bout of features first seen on a low-profile keyboard bring with them premium custom sound quality and feel, and technical innovations needed for a more unified ecosystem.
SWITCHES
The v3.0 low-profile switches
Hidden beneath N1 nano’s deceptively slim packaging is the delightful depth and potential to revolutionize the low-profile landscape. Coming in at 3.4mm, the same travel distance as Cherry MX Speed Silver, N1 nano replicates the speed, linearity and light weight of silver switches in a profile that is a third smaller. Despite its small footprint, N1 nano certainly aims high with its active compatibility approach to standardization, every N1 nano component is redesigned and re-engineered to work with the standard normal-profile socket, paving the way for an end to the fragmentation and incompatibility issues bugging low-profile switches as a whole.
Lie flat travel. The deep travel of nano makes its flat construction feel like an optical illusion, at least with the linear force gradient there is plenty of time for you fingers to get used to it.
Full POM housing. Made entirely in POM, N1 nano feels and sounds smooth on both the prelude/non-prelubed version.
DESIGN
Purity and precision
There is no corner cutting on Nos75's unibody frame. CNC-machined and 0.09mm zircon sand-polished from a single piece of 6063 aluminum alloy, the design language focuses on one single, stadium-shape that defines the appearance of every aspect of the frame from the side-RGBs to the bottom silicone buffering ridge. Elegant and pleasing, the roundness also makes a subtle statement of the custom keyboard's distinguishing trait.
Ballast with a blast. You can purchase the stainless steel PVD weight additionally. This PVD coated counterweight is certainly as much a looker as an anchor, too bad we haven’t figured out a way for you to appreciate its beauty while using it, other than maybe use it for lifting.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom to the core
How does the bottom mount feel like on a low-profile? Does the gasket or top mount sound better? With our omni-mount technology you might be the first to find out on a low-profile custom keyboard! On top(and bottom) of that, our first all-aluminum keyboard chassis is held together by silicone-boosted screws, which are nice little vibration absorbers no matter which mount style you choose.
Omni-Mojo. Top mount, gasket mount, or bottom mount? With the pioneering omni-mount technology, take all the time in the world to find the mount style that suits your sound and feel preference on Nos75, with the complementary gasket & mount kit.
Thock or Clack or Crickets. A plethora of sound mods for you to experiment or explore, if you get tired of the epic thockiness or for any other reason.
Still a bit off, but not sure how? Maybe try a plate made from a different material. Other than the default Fr4 plate, we also offer PC, POM, aluminum alloy and carbon fiber constructed switch plates available for order separately.
Introducing GasFeet. GasFeet is our stadium-shaped silicone replacement of traditional keyboard feet on Nos75. Filled with air it creates a cushioned contact surface that absorbs both shocks to the metal bottom during landing, and vibrations generated by typing movements.
Keycaps
No-nonsense nSA
With so many groundbreaking features debuted, the keycaps on Nos75 stick to the tradition. 3 years and still going stronger than ever, we remain committed to the nSA profile and have many exciting sets and themes coming down the pipeline.
FIRMWARE
Create keybindings without bounds,
transform layouts VIA layers.
It only makes sense to extend the great customizability achieved on Nos75’s hardware to its firmware as well. With the open-source QMK/VIA firmware, its endless key mapping, light customization, and other creative possibilities, our hardware’s potential can be truly realized.
Mac, Windows, Linux...you name it. VIA's key remapping and macro work seamlessly on all major desktop platforms, or any that supports a browser, make it even easier to customize Nos75 to your heart's content.
ACCESSORIES
In good company
Of course the first custom low-profile keyboard deserves a custom-made rest-our first Twotone for the low profiles, a beautiful teamwork of matte acrylics and glossy aluminum. Also joining their ranks are two desk mats no less impressive and custom: the Nos75 version of our user favorites Bokeh and Maya Imprint.
