Accidentally I broke 2.4 dongle for my Nuphy Air 75 v3 keyboard. In my country there are no spare parts or accessories for Nuphy products so the only solution was to contact Nuphy support. Despite the fact that parcels can't be directly shipped from China to Russia (due to russian customs policy), the support team agreed to send the parcel via warehouse of a third party shipper. Many thanks to the Nuphy support team because they really saved me from buying a new keyboard. Other manufacturers should have such a high level of customer focus too.
I needed replacement rubber feet for my keyboard but couldn’t find them anywhere else.
